Terms of use and sale

These terms govern the use of url2ad.app (the “Service”), operated by COMEY SAS, Bureau 562, 59 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France (“we”). By submitting a URL, you accept them.
1. What the Service does
You give us the address of a web page. We read that page, reuse its text, images, colors and fonts, and produce a short animated video ad (15 seconds, 4:5 format). The ad is produced automatically; we aim for every line in it to come from the page, but we do not guarantee that the result is error-free. You must review the preview before buying or using the ad.
2. Your page and your rights
- You may only submit a page that you own, or that its owner has authorized you to use for advertising.
- You are responsible for the content of that page, including the text, images, trademarks and claims the ad will reuse. If your page makes a claim, the ad may repeat it.
- We may refuse or stop a request, without explanation, in particular for pages with adult, violent, hateful, illegal or misleading content, or pages we cannot read.
- Do not use the Service in a way that harms it or others: automated or mass requests, attempts to get around limits, or pages designed to interfere with how we process them.
3. Free preview
Each request produces a free preview carrying a visible watermark. The preview is for evaluation only: you may not publish or use it in advertising.
4. Price and payment
The final ad, without watermark and in full resolution (1080×1350), costs US$19, paid once. There is no subscription. The price shown at checkout is the one that applies. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
5. Delivery and right of withdrawal
The final ad is delivered as a download right after payment. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. Because the ad is digital content supplied immediately, by completing your purchase you expressly ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is made available (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code). If the delivered file does not match your preview or cannot be played, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
6. Your rights on the final ad
Once paid, you may use, copy, edit and publish the final ad, without time or territory limits, for your own advertising and communication, including on paid media. We claim no rights over the content taken from your page. We will not publish your ad, or say that you are a customer, without your permission.
7. Liability
The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a request is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you.
8. Changes and availability
We may change the Service or these terms. Changes do not apply to ads already paid for. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or security.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a business, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also turn to the courts of your place of residence, and to the European online dispute resolution platform. Before any dispute, write to us at admin@comey.pro: we answer every message.
