What we collect, and why

We do not sell your data, do not use your email for newsletters or marketing, and do not share it with anyone other than the providers below.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosting of the website, database and file storage.
- OVH SAS (France): servers that generate the videos. They receive only the URL of your page, never your email.
- Google LLC (United States): Google Analytics 4, visit statistics.
- When checkout opens: our payment provider, which processes your card details itself.
Transfers to the United States rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout); the site keeps working without them.
How long we keep it
- Your request, email address and ad: up to 12 months after your last request or purchase, so you can download your ad again.
- Payment records: as long as accounting law requires (10 years in France).
- IP addresses used for rate limiting: about one hour.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to object to its use, to limit it, or to receive it in a portable format, by writing to admin@comey.pro. We answer within one month. If you think we are not respecting your rights, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
